Coffee prices are increasing at a record level, but my hometown farmers have not really benefited much.

The price of Robusta bucketa in our country is currently at the highest level in history, more than 100,000 VND per kg.In the last 4 months, the price of Robusta coffee has fluctuated more than 40,000 per kg and nearly doubled compared to the same period last year.This is the price beyond the expectations of coffee farmers.

I am a resident of Di Linh district, Lam Dong province - a specialized roobusta coffee tree area, the locality has a robusta coffee output over 140,000 tons/year, contributing significantly to the number of quantityRobusta Coffee of our country exports every year.

If multiplying local coffee production at the current market price, it will produce beautiful numbers for reports on the average income per capita, profits from planting coffee trees ... but realityIn fact, coffee growers in my hometown have not really benefited much despite the price exceeding the expectation and higher than the price in other countries.
